| 摘 要： | 骨不连是胫骨骨折的常见并发症，尤其是胫骨中下段骨折或合并严重软组织损伤者，更易发生骨不连。2000年3月-2003年6月应用带锁髓内钉内固定加植骨术治疗胫骨骨折骨不连46例，疗效满意，现报告如下。
