| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨药物联合应用治疗难治性室性早搏的疗效。方法 :把 82例难治性室性早搏患者分为慢心律 +心律平组 5 1例 ,慢心律 +美托洛尔组 31例 ,两组对比疗效。结果 :慢心律+心律平组有效率为 93.84 % ,慢心律 +美托洛尔组有效率 86 .6 8% ,均明显优于单用药物组。随访 2年后治疗组 5例复发 ,有效率 72 .2 8% ,与对照组的 2 0 .2 3%相比差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :药物联合治疗难治性室性早搏较单一用药效果显著 ,具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the curative effect of refractory ventricular premature beat with combined pharmacotherapy.Methods:A total of 82 patients with fefraxtory Ventricular premature entered the study among whom 51 cases were cured with mexiletine plus propafenone,31 cases were cured with mexiletine plus meteprelol.Results:The effective rate was 93.84?% in mexiletine plus prepafenone group and the effectiuer rate was 86.68?% in mexiletine plus metoprolal hroup,During two years follow up,5 cases were relapse.The effetive rate was 72.28?% in therafreutic group and control group was 20.23?% There was pignicalf difference of effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Refractory Ventricular premaure beat by using drugs combined trestment bring about a striking effect,beof gteuf vlinicsl importanle. |
