| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针对围绝经期综合征患者血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）的影响,并分析其可能的效应途径。方法80例患者随机分为关元组（取关元、三阴交穴）、内关组（取内关、足三里穴）,检测治疗前后血清E2、FSH、LH含量,分析电针效应。结果电针治疗4星期后两组血清性激素含量中E2水平均升高（P〈0.05）;FSH、LH水平下降,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组间效应差异不明显（P〉0.05）。关元组提高E2水平的效应集中体现在未绝经患者上。结论电针两组不同穴位组合均能有效升高围绝经期患者E2水平。 |
