米氮平与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症临床对照研究

目的：评估米氮平与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法：将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的52例抑郁症住院和门诊患者，随机分为两组，各26例，分别予米氮平和西酞普兰治疗，疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度（CGI-S1）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：米氮平与西酞普兰对抑郁症疗效接近，但前者起效更快，不良反应少于后者。结论：米氮平是一种安全、有效的新一代抗抑郁药，可作为治疗抑郁症的第一线药物使用。

A control study on mirtazapine and citaloparm in the treatment of depression

Objective:To compare efficacy and side effects between mirtazapine and citaloparm in the treatment of depression.Methods:48 inpatients and outpatients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to mirtazapine group(n = 26) and citaloparm group(n = 26) for 6 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD,HAMA,CGI-SI and TESS before and after the treatment.Results: Findings indicated that efficacy of mirtazapine was similar to than of citaloparm,however mirtazapine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less than citaloparm.Conclusions: Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant.It is suggested that mirtazapine could be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of depression.
