单纯肥胖性脂肪肝患者系统健康干预的效果分析

目的：探讨对单纯肥胖性脂肪肝患者进行系统健康干预的效果。方法：将80例单纯肥胖性脂肪肝患者随机分为干预组（40例）和非干预组（40例）。非干预组给予常规降脂治疗。干预组在此基础上进行以饮食和运动干预为主的系统健康干预,6个月后进行效果评价。结果：系统健康干预后干预组患者体重、腰围、血脂下降程度显著优于非干预组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：系统健康干预能减轻患者的脂肪肝病情,利于患者建立健康的生活方式,降低脂肪肝的不利影响。

Analysis of effect on systematic health intervention to simple obesity patients with fatty liver

Objective：To study the effect of the systematic health intervention to the simple obesity patients with fatty liver.Methods：80 simple obesity patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into intervention group （n=40） and non-intervention group （n=40）.The patients in the non-intervention group received routine lipid-lowering therapies, and those in the intervention group were subjected to systematic health intervention additionally （including intervention of exercise and nutrition） for 3 months.Results：Compared with the non-intervention group, the body weight, waist circumference and blood lipid were significantly decreased in the intervention group （P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：The systematic health intervention can relieve the illness, facilitate the patients to establish healthy life style and reduce the adverse effect of fatty liver.
