分期辨证取穴针刺法对缺血性中风患者治疗作用及血脂的影响

目的观察分期辨证取穴针刺法对缺血性中风患者的治疗作用以及对血脂的影响。方法将288例缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组146例（采用分期辨证取穴针刺法治疗）与对照组142例（采用常规针刺法治疗）,比较两组神经功能缺损评分和血脂改善情况,并判断临床疗效。结果分期辨证取穴针刺法可显著降低患者不同分期神经功能缺损评分和总神经功能缺损评分,降低甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）含量,其中治疗组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C水平明显低于对照组;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论分期辨证取穴针刺法可调节缺血性中风患者血脂代谢,提高患者神经功能。

The Therapeutic Action and Effect on Blood Lipid of Patients with Ischemic Apoplexy Treated by Acupuncture According to Staging and Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs Choicing Point

Objective： To observe the therapeutic action and effect on blood lipid of patients with ischemic apoplexy treated by acupuncture according to Staging and differentiation of symptoms and signs choicing point. Methods： 288 patients with ischemic apoplexy divided into two groups randomly, 146 cases of the treatment group was treated by acupuncture according to Staging and differentiation of symptoms and signs choicing point. 142 cases of the control group was treated by normal acupuncture. To observe the therapeutic effect, neurologic impairment scores and blood lipid before and after treatment. Results： The neurologic impairment scores, staging scores of patients and the content of TG, TC and LDL - C were descened obviously and HDL - C content were increased obviously in treatment groups. The content of TC, TG and LDL - C of treatment group were lower than that of control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was 96. 58% , which was higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture according to Staging and differentiation of symptoms and signs choicing point treat ischemic apoplexy through modulating blood lipid to improve neurologic function.
