动态血糖监测系统配合应用胰盘素泵对2型糖尿病治疗的临床意义

目的探讨动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)配合应用胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床意义。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者均分为两组,一组用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射,另一组为采用多次皮下注射胰岛素,对监测结果进行分析比较。结果正常血糖时间占全天的比例两组比较3天内均有显著差异(P<0.05);高血糖时间占全天的比例两组比较在第1天无差异(P>0.05),第2天和第3天有差异(P<0.05);低血糖时间占全天的比例两组比较3天内均有差异(P<0.01),临界低血糖时间占全天的比例两组比较在第1天和第3天无差异(P>0.05),在第2天有差异(P<0.05)。结论CGMS和胰岛素泵在现代糖尿病的治疗中扮演着相辅相成的重要角色。

Clinical significance of combining continuous glucose monitoring system to continue subcutaneous injecting insulin in treating T2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the Clinical significance of combining continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS)to Insulin pump in treating T2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 60 cases of T2DM were divided equally to 2 groups.One group was performed by Insulin pump viz continue subcutaneous insulin injection,The other was performed by multiple subcutaneous insulin injection.The monitor results were analyzed and compared.Results Compared the outcome of the two groups displayed that there were significant difference(p<0.05)during 3 days for euglycemia time of the whole day ;There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the first day,but there were significant difference in the second day and the third day(P<0.05)for hyperglycosemia time of the whole day;There were significant differences(P<0.01)during 3 days for glycopenia time of the whole day ;There were no significant differences(P>0.05)in the first day and the third day,but there was significant difference(P<0.05)in the second day for critical glycopenia time of the whole day.It suggested that there were more preferable clinical results using CGMS with insulin pump than other methods in treating T2DM.Conclusions CGMS and Insulin pump play important role on modern diabetic treatment.
