| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨神经肌电图（Ｎ－ ＥＭＧ） 对神经损伤手术前后的诊断价值。方法： 采用日本ＮＥｕｒｏｐａｃｋ－ＭＥＭ３２０２ 型肌电图仪，选择临床资料完整的１０ 例外伤病人，分别于术前、术后３ 个月、６ 个月、１２ 个月做检查。结果：术前病人Ｎ－ ＥＭＧ各项参数指标明显异常，术后３ 个月、６ 个月、１２ 个月病人Ｎ－ ＥＭＧ都有不同程度的好转，而术后６ 个月是判断神经手术成功与否的最佳时间。结论：神经肌电图是判断神经损伤程度和神经断伤吻合术成功与否的一项重要检测方法。

| Abstract: | To study the diagnostic value of N-EMG before and after operation for neurotomy.Methods:Ten cases of patients with neurotomy were examinated before or 3 , 6 and 12 month after operation were made by Neuropack electromyograph.Results:All parameters of N-EMG were significantly abnormal before the operation were made,but the abnornal parameters become better to some extent 3,6 and 12 month after the operation were made.Six month after operation is the optimum time to asses whether the operation is success.Conclusion:N-EMG is an important method to asses the degrees of neurotomy and whether the operation for neurotomy is success. |
