| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺结节的临床特征及术前辅助检查对判断结节良恶性的作用。方法对104例甲状腺微小结节临床特征进行相关性分析,并统计分析甲状腺核素扫描和甲状腺B超结果。结果甲状腺核素扫描对甲状腺微小结节良恶性的判断无明显帮助,而B超检查对甲状腺微小结节的诊断有一定的帮助。结论应积极提高细针穿刺的细胞诊断学和穿刺术水平,并重视甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,必要时行术中冰冻病理检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the incidence of malignancy of thyroid small nodule on the basis of clinical manifestations and other parameter of pre-operative examinations.Methods We had retrospectively analyzed 104 cases of thyroid small nodule in correlation to the clinical manifestations and the pre-operative examinations of thyroid scintigraphy and ultrasonographic scanning.Results ECT was useless for a diagnosis of cancer of thyroid small nodules.However,the results of thyroid ultrasonographic scanning were useful in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Conclusion The above findings emphasize the importance careful reviewing the clinical information of each patient,in addition to the cytology examination by fine needle aspiration.Sometimes,quick frozen pathological is necessary during the operation. |
