| 摘 要： | 目的 观察腹水浓缩静脉回输治疗难治性肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法 对难治性肝硬化腹水患者进行腹水超滤浓缩后 ,经静脉回输体内。结果 治疗后与治疗前比较 ,患者腹围有明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,尿量明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆和腹水中总蛋白及清蛋白的含量亦有明显增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 腹水浓缩回输对难治性肝硬化腹水有一定疗效 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ascitic concentration and venous re-transfusion on refractory ascites due to cirrhosis.Methods Ascites were ultrafiltrated and concentrated and then retransfused into the body through veins.Results By comparison of the results before and after treatment,the circuference of abdomen of the patients obviously decreased(P<0.05) and amount of urine significantly increased(P<0.01)while the content of total protein and albumin in plasma and ascites also increased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion Ascitic concentration and re-transfusion has some effects on refractory ascites due to cirrhosis. |
