疝环充填式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术临床疗效比较

目的研究比较充填式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术的临床效果。方法选择腹股沟疝患者100例,根据遵循患者知情同意和随机筛选的原则分为充填式无张力疝修补术组50例及传统疝修补术组50例,观察两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛、牵扯感、下地时间和住院时间并发症、复发情况。结果充填式无张力疝修补术组手术时间,住院时间、术后下地时间均小于传统手术组,术后疼痛轻,牵扯感小,并发症和复发均少于传统修补术组。结论充填式无张力修补术较传统修补术临床效果更好,完全可以替代传统疝修补术在临床推广应用。

RESULTS COMPARITION OF CONVENTIONAL AND MESH PLUG TENSION-FREE HERNIORRHAPHY

Objective To compare results of conventional and mesh plug tension - free herniorrhaphy. Methods Select 100 patients with inguinal hernia, 50 patients were offered conventional herniorrhaphy and 50 patients underwent mesh plug tension -free berniorrhaphy, and we were observed in patients with operative time, postoperative pain, length of stay, complications and recur- fence. Results Operative time, hospitalization time, complications and recurrence of mesh plug tension - free herniorrhaphy group were less than conventional repair group. Conclusion Mesh plug tension - free herniorrhaphy are better than the traditional clinical, can replace the traditional hernia repair in clinical practice
