| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心包内处理血管全肺切除的手术方式及临床疗效。方法37例中央型肺癌,其中鳞癌29例,腺癌6 例,腺鳞癌1例,小细胞肺癌1例。均进行心包内处理血管全肺切除术,术后观察1年及3年生存率。结果1例因呼吸衰竭死亡,其余病例1年生存率78.3%,3年生存率28.2%。结论心包内全肺切除能使部分中晚期中央型肺癌手术切除成为可能,且能避免心包外处理解剖不清而出现的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the way of operation of innerpericardial total pneumonectomy and its clinical effect. Methods Operation of innerpericardial total pneumonectomy was conducted to treat 37 cases Carcinoma of lung , among whom 29 cases were Squamous carcinoma,6 cases were adencarcinoma, 1 cases were Squamous adencarcinoma carcinoma, 1 cases were small cell carcinoma. Results 1 cases was death because respiratory failure, the other one year survival rate reched 78. 3% , three year survival rate re-ched 28.2% . Conclusion Innerpericardial total pneumonectomy can make the excision of mediate and advanced - stage central type carcinoma of lung possible, and it can also avoid complications caused by unclear extrapericardial dissection. |
