非糖尿病孕妇孕期体重指数变化与新生儿出生体重的关系

目的:探讨如何利用体重指数监控非糖尿病孕妇孕期体重,从而实现对新生儿出生体重的控制。方法:通过测量280例单胎初产妇的身高和妊娠各期的体重,计算体重指数(BM I),并将分娩正常体重新生儿的孕妇孕期体重指数与分娩低体重儿和巨大儿的孕妇进行比较。结果:孕期体重指数随孕周的增加而增加,且与新生儿出生体重保持着恒定的正相关关系。结论:如果非糖尿病孕妇孕期体重指数总增幅保持在3~5之间,就有可能分娩正常体重的新生儿。

Relationship between fetal birth weight and non-diabetic maternal body mass index

Object To investigate how to control fetal birth weight by monitoring non-diabetic maternal body weight with body mass index(BMI).Mehtods Body height and body weight of different gestation periods were measured on 280 uniparous pregnant women with singleton birth,and BMI was calculated.BMI of pregnant women delivering normal weight fetal were compared with BMI of pregnant women delivering low weight fetal and fetal macrosomia.Results Maternal BMI increased with the increase of gestational weeks,and was invariable positive correlated with fetal weight.Conclutions It is possible that the normal weight fetal is laboured,if the increase range of non-diabetic maternal BMI was kept between 3~5.
