两种全子宫切除术的临床疗效比较

目的:比较不同大小非脱垂子宫的子宫腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)及阴式全子宫切除术(TVH)的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析在我院住院行子宫全切除手术的患者208例,根据子宫大小将其分为2组,子宫≥80天孕大小为A组,共112例,其中采用LAVH 65例,采用TVH 47例;子宫＜80天孕大小为B组,共96例,其中采用LAVH 51例,采用TVH 45例.比较2组在不同手术方式下的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间等.结果:A组中,LAVH与TVH比较,手术时间短,术中出血量少(P＜0.05);B组中,LAVH与TVH比较,手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:2种子宫切除术均为有效方式,各有利弊.对子宫≥80天妊娠大小的患者,采用LAVH较TVH更具有优越性;对子宫≤80天妊娠大小的患者,应根据患者的具体情况、术者的技术情况选择适宜术式.

Clinical Comparison of Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Transvaginal Hysterectomy on Unprolapsed Uterus
