| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除联合悬吊式阑尾切除术的可行性和优越性.方法:回顾分析58例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除联合悬吊式阑尾切除的临床资料.结果:58例均顺利完成手术,手术时间40~100 min,平均70 min;无中转开腹及死亡病例,无出血及胆漏等并发症发生.结论:在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术基础上,严格掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜胆囊...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with suspensory appendectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 58 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with suspensory appendectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All operations were successful,and the operative time was 40~100 min,average 70 min.No conversion to laparotomy or death and no complications of postoperative bleeding or bile leakage occurred.Conclusion:On the basis of profic... |
