性激素水平与痤疮中医分型的关系研究

目的探讨性激素水平与痤疮中医分型的关系。方法采用放射免疫双抗法进行血清LH,FSH,E2,T,PRL水平的检测。结果女性肝郁气滞型痤疮患者血清性激素水平与女性湿热内蕴型痤疮患者血清性激素水平比较,LH差异无显著性(P>0.05);FSH,E2,T,PRL,LH/FSH差异均有显著性(P<0.01);男性肝郁气滞型痤疮患者血清性激素水平与男性湿热内蕴型痤疮患者血清性激素水平进行比较,血清T,PRL差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论性激素水平与痤疮中医分型有关。PRL,LH/FSH是肝郁气滞型痤疮患者中医分型的微观物质基础,而T是湿热内蕴型痤疮患者中医分型的微观物质基础。

Relationship Study on the Level of Sex Hormones of the Patients with Acne Typing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To study the relationship between the level of sex hormones of the patients with acne and syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM.Methods We adopt the radio-immunological methods to test the LH,FSH,E2,T and PRL level in the blood serum.Results Comparison between the level of the serum sex hormones of the female patients with Liver-qi Depression and patients with retention of damp-heat in the interior,no obvious difference in LH(P>0.05);obvious difference in FSH,E2,T,PRL,LH/FSH(P<0.01);Comparison between the level of the serum sex hormones of the the male patients with Liver-qi Depression and patients with retention of damp-heat in the interior,obvious difference in T and PRL(P<0.05).Conclusion Between the level of sex hormones with the phenotype of differential diagnosis in TCM of acne patients contain relationship.The PRL,LH/FSH are microcosmic substance-elements of the patients with Liver-qi,and the T is microcosmic substance-elements of the patients with damp-heat in the interior.
