摘    要:本文对抗疟新药蒿甲醚影响小鼠免疫功能的作用进行了实验研究。结果表明:蒿甲醚对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖反应及白细胞介素2(IL—2)活性的作用不明显(P>0.05),但蒿甲醚能使小鼠胸腺重量减少,同时,一定剂量(每千克体重给药100mg、250mg)的蒿甲醚对小鼠脾脏B淋巴细胞增殖反应有抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示:蒿甲醚对细胞免疫功能作用不明显,但对体液免疫功能可能有抑制作用,而且其抑制作用随剂量增大而增强。因而认为,蒿甲醚对免疫系统的作用可能与其能治疗脑型疟的作用机制有关,临床确定合理治疗剂量时应考虑该药对免疫功能的影响。

Abstract:The influence of Injectio Artenetheri, a new antimalaria agent, on the immunological function of mice was studied. The results showed that Artenetheri had no obvieus effects on the multiplication of spleen T lymphocytes and IL-2 activity in mice. But Artenetheri reduced the weight of thymus of mice and, in the dosage of 100mg and 250mg/kg, suppressed the multiplication of spleen B lymphocytes (P<0.05 and<0.01 respectively). It is suggested that Artenetheri has no obvious effects on the cellular immunity, but may suppress the humoral immunity. This suppression effect was strengthened with the increase of the dosage. So it is considered that the effects of Artenetheri on the immuzological system may be concerned in its mechanisms of action. The influence on the immunological function should be considered to determine the proper dosage clinically.
