不同文化程度及不同尘肺期别对煤工尘肺患者心理健康的影响

目的了解不同文化程度、不同期别煤工尘肺患者心理健康状况，为早期干预、诊断、治疗煤工尘肺心理健康提供科学依据。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表以面对面的方法收集资料，比较不同文化程度和不同尘肺期别患者得分异常情况。结果不同文化程度尘肺患者病例组总症状指数异常率：文盲为69．1％，小学文化为51．5％，初中及以上为65．8％，差异具有统计学意义；不同尘肺期别患者病例组总症状指数异常率不存在统计学差异，但随着尘肺期别的增加，异常率有增加的趋势。结论尘肺患者在心理健康方面存在较严重的问题，应加强对尘肺患者的心理健康教育和指导。

Effect of Different Levels of Education and Different Stages of Pneumoconiosis on Mental Health of Coal Worker with Pneumoconiosis

Objective ] To understand the mental health of CWP patients with different levels of education and different stage of pneumoconiosis, and provide scientific evidence for early intervention, diagnosis and treatment of CWP patients mental health. Methods] SCL-90 face-to-face methods were used to collect information and compare the abnormal scores in patients with different levels of education and different stages. Results ] The abnormal rate of total symptom index among CWP patients with different levels of education were illiteracy for 69.1% , primary culture for 51.5% , middle school and above for 65.8% , the difference was significant ; that between CWP patients with different stages was not significant, but with the increasing of the stage, the abnormal rate increased. Conclusion] Serious problem exists in mental health of pneumoconiosis patients; mental health education and guidance of pneumoconiosis patients should be strengthened.
