手术治疗三踝骨折31例临床分析

目的探讨三踝骨折手术治疗的临床经验及疗效。方法对31例三踝骨折采取切开复位内固定治疗。结果 31例均获得随访,时间6~18月,平均10月,骨折愈合时间13~20周,平均17周。根据Baird-Jackson系统进行疗效评定,优19例,良10例,差2例。结论三踝骨折手术治疗能够获得解剖复位,稳定固定,功能恢复良好是临床治疗三踝骨折的可靠方法。

Clinical analysis of surgical therapy in treatment of 31 cases of three ankle fracture

Objective To explore clinical experience and curative effect of surgical therapy for three ankle fracture.Methods 31 patients with three ankle fracture received open reduction and internal fixation treatment.Results All the patients received followed up for 6～18 months,and the mean duration was 10 months.Healing Duration of fracture was 13 to 20 weeks,17 weeks on average.Curative effect was assessed according to the Baird-Jackson system,results of assessment were excellent in 19 cases,good in 10 cases and poor in 2 cases.Conclusion Surgical therapy for three ankle fracture can obtain anatomic reduction and stable fixation as well as good functional recovery,so it is a reliable clinical therapy method.
