子宫内膜异位症患者药物保守治疗前后血清C反应蛋白水平比较研究

目的通过检测子宫内膜异位症患者(EMs)在药物保守治疗前后的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)含量的变化,探讨子宫内膜异位症药物治疗的效果。方法检测Ems患者药物治疗前的血清hsCRP水平,半年后根据治疗转归结果的不同分为有效组(42例)、无效组(32例),并查hsCRP进行比较分析。结果治疗前,2组患者血清hsCRP水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01),2组组间比较无明显差异。半年后2组hsCRP水平均下降,但仍高于健康对照组(P<0.01);与无效组比较,有效组下降较为明显(P<0.01)。结论 EMs患者存在慢性无菌性炎症状态,其hsCRP水平与病情严重程度呈正相关,hsCRP可作为判断其病情的一个生物学指标,内科药物保守治疗可缓解EMs患者症状,抑制炎症反应,但难以完全治愈。

A comparative study of serum C-reactive protein levels before and after conservative medical treatment in patients with endometrial endometriosis

Objective To explore the effects of the drug treatment of endometriosis,by testing the changes of serum C-reactive protein(hsCRP) before and after conservative medical treatment in patients with endometriosis(EMs).Methods Detection the level of serum hsCRP before drug treatment in Ems patients.Six months after the treatment and outcome of the results,they were divided into the effective group(42 cases) and ineffective group(32 cases),and the levels of hsCRP were check and compared.Results Before treatment,the two groups of patients with serum hsCRP levels were higher than the healthy control group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups group.Six months later,two groups of patients with hsCRP levels were decreased,but still higher than healthy control group(P<0.01);Compared with the ineffective group,effective group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion EMs patients was in a state of chronic aseptic inflammatory,which HsCRP levels and disease severity was positively correlated.HsCRP can be used as a biological indicator to determine its condition,the conservative treatment of medical drugs can relieve symptoms in patients with EMs inhibit the inflammatory response,but it is difficult to cure completely.
