急性脑梗死合并肺部感染危险因素、转归及防治措施的临床分析

目的探讨急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的危险因素、转归及防治措施。方法回顾性分析本院收治的775例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据是否合并肺部感染分为感染组238例和非感染组537例。分析肺部感染发生率与年龄、基础疾病、病情轻重及转归的关系。结果高龄、基础疾病多、脑干梗死、大面积脑梗死者肺部感染率及病死率明显升高。结论加强基础护理,控制危险因素,早期、合理、有效使用抗生素,可有效降低急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的发生率。

Clinical analysis of risk factors, outcome,prevention and treatment in acute cerebral infarction patients with pulmonary infection

Objective To explore the risk factors,outcome,prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with pulmonary infection.Methods The clinical materials of 775 patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into infection group(238 cases) and non-infection group(537 cases) according to whether complicated with pulmonary infection.The relationship between age,underlying disease,severity,prognosis and incidence of pulmonary infection were analyzed.Results The patients who had features of advanced age,much more basic diseases,brain stem infarction,massive cerebral infarction were prone to be more easily suffered from pulmonary infection and high fatality rate.Conclusion Strengthening basic care,controlling risk factors,the early,reasonable and effective use of antibiotics can reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary infection in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
