腰椎间盘突出患者中微创介入治疗及护理应用

摘    要:目的探讨应用射频控温热凝及医用臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出患者的应用与护理。方法采用臭氧及射频热凝技术使腰椎间盘突出致病部分的髓核变性、凝固、收缩,解除神经根压迫,达到治疗效果。结果本科用此微创技术治疗的患者中,总有效率达93%。结论应用射频控温热凝及医用臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出是一种创伤小、出血少、病程短、安全可靠的方法,相较于开放性手术,能最大限度地保持脊柱后部结构的稳定性,避免神经损伤。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and nursing methods of RF temperature control thermocoagulation and medical ozone in treating patients with Lumbar disc herniation.Methods RF temperature control thermocoagulation and medical ozone were used to make the nucleus pulpous degeneration,solidification and shrinkage.The nerve root compression was removed and the symptom was eased.Results The total effective rate was 93% in the patients with minimally invasive technology.Conclusion Combined therapy of RF temperature control thermocoagulation and medical ozone is a safe and reliable method for treating patients with Lumbar disc herniation,and its advantages are small trauma,less bleeding and short therapeutic duration.Compared with open surgery,it can maintain the stability in posterior structure of spinal cord and avoid neurologic damage.
