猪气管黏弹性的实验研究

摘    要:目的对猪气管进行黏弹性测试实验研究,为研究人体气管及人工气管提供生物力学参数。方法对猪气管膜部和软骨环部应用50~5 000 N伺服控制拉力试验机分别进行拉伸,分析其应力松弛、蠕变性质。用MATLAB软件仿真处理实验数据,得出两组数据拟合的方程,并根据方程绘制曲线。结果得出的猪气管膜部和软骨环两组数据的方程和曲线显示:应变恒定时,应力随时间的增加呈指数衰减;应力恒定时,应变随时间的增加呈指数增加。结论猪气管符合应力松弛和蠕变特性,为生物黏弹性软组织材料。

Abstract:Objective To study and evaluate the viscoelasticity of adult pig trachea in order to provide the experiment method and evidence for research of the human trachea and artificial trachea.Methods 50~5 000 N servo control tension tester was used for stretching of membranous part and annulus cartilaginous part in pig trachea respectively,and their stress relaxation and creeping property were analyzed.The curve table was made according to the experimental data and correlated equation.Results The equations and curve tables based on the experimental data of stress relaxation and creeping property in membranous part and annulus cartilaginous part of pig trachea showed: when the strain was stable,stress decayed exponentially with increase of time;when the stress was stable,strain increased exponentially with increase of time.Conclusion Pig trachea is suitable for features of stress relaxation and creeping property,so it is a bioviscoelastic soft tissue material.
