不同训练方式对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能恢复效果影响的研究

目的探讨不同训练方式对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能恢复效果的影响。方法将60例宫颈癌根治术后留置导尿管患者随机分为实验组和观察组,每组各30例,实验组主动训练膀胱功能,对照组被动训练膀胱功能,比较2组患者术后拔除尿管第1次排尿后膀胱功能恢复情况。结果实验组患者残余尿量少于对照组,膀胱功能恢复优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主动训练膀胱功能可加快盆丛神经的恢复并改善手术后膀胱功能的支撑,促进术后膀胱功能恢复,减少术后尿潴留的发生。

Influence of different training methods on recovery effect of bladder function after cervical cancer surgery

Objective To explore influence of different training methods on recovery effect of bladder function after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer surgeries and indwelling catheters were divided into the experimental group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated by active exercise,while control group was treated by passive exercise.Recovery condition of bladder function in first micturition after extubation of urinary canal was compared between 2 groups.Results Residual urine volume in experimental group was less than control group,while bladder functional recovery was better than control group,and there was statistical difference between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Active exercise for bladder function can promote recovery of basin plexus nerve and improve support of bladder function after surgery, promote the postoperative recovery of bladder function as well as reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention.
