556例泌尿生殖道支原体感染检测及药敏分析

目的通过了解支原体感染状况、致病机制及药物敏感性分析,为临床合理用药提供科学的参考依据。方法应用支原体(Uu+Mh)培养、鉴定、计数及药敏一体化测试盒对556例我院门诊初筛为泌尿生殖系统感染患者进行支原体检测和药物敏感性试验。结果通过初步培养鉴定分型,556例泌尿生殖系统感染患者标本中,支原体阳性294例,阳性率52.9%,其中解脲脲原体(Uu)、人支原体(Mh)、Uu+Mh混合感染以及小于10CFU/mL阳性率分别为32.4%(180/556)、4.3%(24/556)、13.1%(73/556)、3.1%(17/556)。Uu对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是交沙霉素、强力霉素和克拉霉素,Mh对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是交沙霉素和强力霉素,Uu+Mh混合感染则对大部分大环内酯类抗生素高度耐药。结论本地区泌尿生殖道感染中支原体感染明显出现早龄化、年轻化趋势,值得关注。本地区支原体感染以Uu为主,其次为Uu+Mh混合感染和Mh感染,以性行为传播途径为常见。随着当今抗菌药物的大量使用,一些患者出现了对12种抗生素全耐药的情况,细菌耐药性日益成为医学界共同关注的话题。

Testing and sensitivity analysis of 556 cases urogenital mycoplasma infection

Objective To understand the mycoplasma infection,pathogenesis and drug sensitivity analysis,and provide the scientific basis for the clinical use of drugs.Methods Mycoplasma（Uu＋Mh） culture,identification,counting and drug susceptibility integration testing box was used for 556 cases patients with urogenital infection in our hospital screening to detect mycoplasma and test drug susceptibility.Results Through preliminary culture and identification of genotyping patient specimens,mycoplasma was positive in 294 cases,the positive rate was 52.9%,including Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu）,Mycoplasma（Mh）,Uu＋Mh mixed infection,less than 10CFU/mL positive rates were 32.4%（180/556）,4.3%（24/556）,13.1%（73/556）,3.1%（17/556）.Higher sensitivity of Uu to 12 antimicrobial agents were josamycin,doxycycline and clarithromycin,Higher sensitivity of Mh to 12 antimicrobial agents were josamycin and doxycycline,Uu＋Mh mixed infection was highly resistant to most of macrolide antibiotics.Conclusion Mycoplasma infections in genitourinary tract infections in the region occur as early as age and has younger trend,and is worthy of attention.Mycoplasma infection in the region is Uu mainly,Secondly Uu＋Mh mixed infection and Mh infection,sexually transmitted channel is common.With the extensive use of the antimicrobial drug,some patients appeared fully resistant to 12 antibiotics,bacterial resistance is increasingly becoming a topic of common concern of the medical profession.
