| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析申报到国家食品药品监督管理局药品审评中心的中药、天然药物用于治疗冠心病心绞痛的创新药的申报资料,分析该适应证创新药临床立题方面存在的问题,探讨中成药新药治疗冠心病心绞痛适应证临床研究的关键技术问题,为药品研发者提供技术参考。

| Abstract: | This article introduced a retrospective study about data of the innovative traditional Chinese （TCMs） medicines and natural medicines for the treatment of angina pectoris applied to the Center for Drug Evaluation of SFDA, and analyzed the existing problems in the project research. Technical references can be provided for drug development by exploring the key technical issues about clinical research of angina pectoris by new TCMs or natural medicines. |
