| 摘 要： | 阑尾周围脓肿是急性阑尾炎常见的并发症之一,其诊断可以根据病人症状、体征、辅助检查及病史。阑尾周围脓肿的治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗,非手术治疗存在治疗时间长且易复发的缺点,而手术治疗则存在手术并发症多的缺点,故目前阑尾周围脓肿的适宜治疗方法存在争议。本文将对阑尾周围脓肿诊断和治疗进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Periappendiceal abscess is one of the most common complications of appendicitis.There are conservative and operative treatments for Periappendiceal abscess.Conservative treatment of periappendiceal abscess is associated with longer recovery time and higher incidence of recurrence.Operative intervention of periappendiceal abscess is associated with higher complications rate.So the best treatment modality for Periappendiceal abscess remains undetermined.This paper reviews the recent advance in the diagnosis and treatment of periappendiceal abscess. |
