三维适形放射治疗中晚期原发性肝癌近期疗效观察

目的:分析三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效。方法:对15例中晚期原发性肝癌采用采用高剂量低分割的方法。每周3次,每次3.5GY～4.0GY,肿瘤总剂量45GY～55GY。3个月～6个月随访。疗效按WHO肿瘤近期疗效标准进行。结果:15例均完成治疗,CR5例PR6例NC3例PD1例。结论:三维适形放疗对中晚期原发性肝癌有较好的姑息治疗作用,能够延长中晚期原发性肝癌的生存期。

Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Advanced Primary Hepatic Carcinomas

Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) for advanced hepatic carcinomas.Methods Between April 2002 and April 2004 ,15 such patients were treated with 3.5 GY～4.0 GY factions to a total dose of 45 GY～55 GY.Results 15 patients accomplished the treatment CR5/15,PR 6/15,NC 3/15 and PD1/15.Conclusions The method above is appropriate for advanced primary hepatic carcino mas and can prolong the survival term.
