交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折骨不连

目的探讨交锁髓内钉在下肢长骨干骨折骨不连治疗中的应用方法，并对其疗效进行评估。方法2000年～2004年应用交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折骨不连62例。结果本组术后随访6个月。2a（平均14个月），除1例因术后过早下地活动，导致髓内钉折断，需再次手术，其余病例均愈合，愈合率98．4％。结论交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折骨不连，具有固定牢靠，有效维持肢体长度、早期活动、有利于关节功能恢复及并发症少等优点。

Treatment of nonunion of long bone shaft after fracture in lower limb with interlocking intramedallary nail

Objective] To explore retrospectively the using techniques of interlocking intramedallary nail in the treatment of nonunion in long bone shaft after fracture and evaluate prospectively the outcomes of the treatment. Methods] Sixty two cases suffered from nonunion in long bone shaft after fracture between 2000 and 2004 were treated by interlocking intramedallary nail protocol. Results] After an average 1.2 years of follow-up ranging from 6 months to 2 years, 61/62 cases had achieved a osteal healing of the nonunion, the healing rate was 98.4%. 1/62 cases had exchanged another interlocking intramedallary nail protocol due to walk burdened too early lead to the break of interlocking intramedallary nail. Conclusion] Interlocking intramedallary nail protocol have some advantages, such as providing firm fixation , feasible early activity, effective maintaining the limb length, benefiting the recover of the joint function, less complications in the treatment of nonunion in long bone shaft after fracture.
