| 摘 要： | 目的：对盆腔手术后下肢深静脉血栓的治疗和预防进行探讨。方法：用尿激酶溶栓，低分子量肝素抗凝，低分子右旋糖酐祛聚疗法，治疗下肢深静脉血栓15例。结果：随访1年，临床治愈13例，治愈率86．7％；显效2例，显效率13．3％。结论：下肢深静脉血栓早期诊断和溶栓治疗，疗效显著，采取预防措施是减少其发病的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after pelvis operation. Methods: Fifteen cases of deep vein thrombosis were treated with urokinase, low molecular weight heparin anticoagulate. Results: One-year follow-up showed that 13 cases were cured, with a cure rate of 86.7 %, 2 cases were significantly improved, with an effective rate of 13.3 %. Conclusion: Early diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and its treatment with disthrombus will produce good effect. However, the key to decreasing the incidence of the disease is to take good preventive measures. |
