麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管哮喘合并感染30例

[目的]观察麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管哮喘合并感染的临床疗效。[方法]随机将58例支气管哮喘合并感染的患者分为对照组28例按照内科常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗。7天后观察两组疗效。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率93.3%,结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未发现明显毒副作用。[结论]麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管哮喘合并感染的临床疗效明显,值得推广。

Maxing Shigan Tang Treated 30 cases Patients of the Co-infection of Bronchial Asthma

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of using Maxing Shigan Tang to treat the co-infection of Bronchial asthma. [Methods]58 cases patients of the co - infection of Bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 28 cases in control group were treated with conventional medical treatment,30 cases in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on conventional medical treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated after treatment 7 days. [Results] Clinical total effective rate was 93. 3% ,the result indicated that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and obvious adverse effect was not found. [Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of using Maxing Shigan Tang to treat the co-infection of Bronchial asthma was better than the conventional treatment group.
