| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生大黄浸液胃管灌注在急性胰腺炎的治疗价值。方法在常规胃肠减压、生长抑素、维持水电解质、抗生素等治疗基础上,将54例急性胰腺炎随机分组:生大黄治疗组30例(A组);未用生大黄对照组24例(B组)。观察血淀粉酶恢复正常所需时间、首批排便时间及氧分压的变化。结果A组血淀粉酶恢复正常所需时间、首次排便时间明显早于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.001);A组氧分压恢复较B组快,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生大黄浸液胃管灌注对急性胰腺炎治疗有效,可以缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用,有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeatic effect of rhubarb infusing in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods On ordnary treating basis,54 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treated with rhubarb 30 cases (group A);no treated with rhubarb 234 cases (group B).Blood AMS recovery times,the first stool time and oxygen pressure were observed and recorded.Results The times of Blood AMS recovery and the first stool time were significantly shorter in group A than that in group B (P<0.001).The speed of the recovery of oxygen pressure in group A was faster than that in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeatic effect of rhubarb in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is significant,shorten hospitalization day and decline medical expense. |
