This article introduced the production technol- ogy process of clear removable appliances and the clinical ap- plication process of invisible aligner technique. The produc- tion technology process includes the following aspects： can- ning silicone rubber impressions or plaster dental models to acquire a computerized composite dental model, using CAD/ CAM technology to simulate treatment planning and fabricate resin model, and applying thermoplastic technology to fabri- cate clear removable appliance. The main steps of clinical ap- plication process are physical examination, case upload, com- puterized plan confirm, appliance fabricate, appliance wear- ing, occlusion refinement, finally, treatment finishing and oc- clusion maintenance.
