莫比可与风湿液合用治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效观察

为了观察莫比可与中药联合使用治疗颈肩腰腿痛的有效性及胃肠道安全性,采取对照方法将265例颈肩腰腿痛病人分为莫比可组88例、风湿液组86例和联合用药组91例。莫比可组采用莫比可治疗,风湿液组采用风湿液治疗,联合用药组采用莫比可与风湿液治疗。疗效指标通过休息痛、活动痛、关节功能、压痛指数、病人评价和医生评价总体进行量化,胃肠道安全性通过胃肠道不良反应的发生率、种类及频次评价。结果显示,联合用药组疗效优于莫比可组和风湿液组,联合用药组和莫比可组的消化道不良反应发生率均显著高于风湿液组,联合用药组中不良反应的发生仍是由于莫比可而非风湿液。表明莫比可与风湿液联合口服用药,可以有效的增强临床镇痛的效果,但是同时又不会增加胃肠道不良反应的发生率。

TREATMENT OF CERVICODYNIA, OMALGIA, LUMBAGO AND SCELALGIA BY COMBINED "MOBIKE" AND "FESHI YE": A Therapeutic- effect Observation

In order to observe the effect and gastrointestinal safety of combined Mobic(MBC,an oral selective COX-2 inhibitor) and "FESHI YE"(FSY,a TCD liquid for rheumatism) in the treatment of cervicodynia,omalgia,lumbago and scelalgia(COLS),265 cases of COLS were divided into three groups: Group One(88 cases),Group Two(86 cases) and Group Three(91 cases),which were treated by MBC,by FSY and by combined MBC and FSY,respectively;the therapeutic effects of the three groups were evaluated by rest pains,activity pains,tenderness index,joint function,patient's and doctor's evaluations and the and gastrointestinal safety was evaluated by the incidence,type and frequency of the gastrointestinal bad reactions.The results showed that Group Three had an advantage over Group One and Group Two in the therapeutic effect;the incidences of the gastrointestinal bad reactions of Group One and Group Three were significantly higher than that of Group Two;the gastrointestinal bad reactions of Group Three were caused by MBC but not by FSY,suggesting that the combined MBC and FSY application could effectively strengthen the clinical analgesic effect but not increase the incidence of the gastrointestinal bad reactions.
