| 摘 要： | 中国近年的手足口病(HFMD)流行中呈柯萨奇病毒16(CA16)和肠道病毒EV71交替或共同流行的趋势,目前GenBank数据库中CA16全基因组序列较少,本研究对北京地区2008年的1株CA16全基因组序列进行测定. |
