变应性鼻炎过敏原检测及流行病学的调查研究

目的探讨深圳特区人群中变应性鼻炎的临床特点和发病情况。方法对19964名到我院行健康体检者进行问卷调查,疑为有变应性鼻炎者作血清过敏原特异度IgE(sIgE)检测。结果19964名健康体检人中诊断变应性鼻炎者2285例(占11.45%);其中吸入组最常见的过敏原是尘螨和霉菌,食物组则为磨菇、虾和混合贝类。结论变应性鼻炎是深圳特区最常见的过敏性疾病之一,常见过敏原以尘螨、霉菌、蘑菇、虾和贝类等为主。

The Investigation of Allergic Rhinitis about Anaphylactogen Detection and Epidemiology

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic and incidence of allergic rhinitis with Shenzhen people. Method To carry out questionnaire investigation with 19964 health examination peoples in our hospital, to detect sIgE if somebody be suspected allergic rhinitis patient. Result To diagnose 2285 allergic rhinitis patients in 19964 health examination peoples（11.45%）; the common allergen is acarid and mycetes with allergic rhinitis patients by breath, common food allergen is fungus, shrimp and shellfish. Conclusion Allergic rhinitis is one of hypersensitivity diseases in Shenzhen, and the common allergen is acarid, mycetes, fungus, shrimp and shellfish et al.
