| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）病人的CT检察结果及其预后。方法：回顾分析我院7年来收治的50例TIA病人的有关临床资料。结果：50例TIA病人行头颅CT检查，33例无异常，17例有病灶性改变，表现为腔梗14例，占28％，陈旧腔梗3例，占6％。随访的30例患者中，1月内发生脑梗塞4例，占8％，1年内发生脑便塞10例，占20％。结论：TIA病人行头颅CT检查可发现病灶性改变，但不决定其预后，其预后是否发生完全性卒中，与TIA综合治疗有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the computer Tomography scan (CT) result and prognosis in patiants of TIA.Method:Clinical records of 50 hospitalized patients of TIA were reviewed.Results:50 patients of TIA were detected with CT scan of head.33 patients were normal,17 were abnormal.Among them,14(28%) were lacunar infarction,3(6%) were old lacunar infarction.In 30 follow-up cases,4(8%) developed into cerebral infarction in a month,10(20%) become cerebral infarction in one year.Conclusion:Abnormality of CT scan may be found in patients of TIA,but don't related to prognosis.Complex thereapy has relationship with prognosis. |
