| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨剖宫产术后应用大黄芒硝对切口愈合和乳汁分泌的影响.方法]治疗组术后48小时开始腹部切口外敷大黄芒硝,对照组腹部切口常规换药.结果]两组产妇切口甲级愈合率的差异有统计学意义,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇乳汁分泌量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论]剖宫产术后腹部切口外敷大黄芒硝有利于切口愈合,对乳汁分泌量无影响.
