分泌性中耳炎相关疾病漏诊分析

目的 探讨分泌性中耳炎诊疗过程中常见相关疾病的漏诊原因。方法 对1999年6月．2002年6月经2次以上门诊治疗，疗效欠佳或反复发作的分泌性中耳炎患者116例进行病因探讨及漏诊原因分析。结果 51例患者存在相关疾病的漏诊，导致治疗方案欠妥。结论 重视分泌性中耳炎早期的病因检查与分析，对防止漏诊，及时治疗，提高疗效，减少后遗症的发生有重要意义。

Analysis on the Missed Diagnosis of Correlative Diseases in Patients with Secretory Otitis Media

Objective To explore the correlative diseases causing missed diagnosis for patients with secretory otitis media (SOM) and its countermeasures from occurring.Methods 116 cases with SOM,treated more than one time in outpatient service without ideal therapeutic effect from June 1999 to June 2002,were carefully and systematically analyzed on their all correlative diseases with etiology of the lesion.Results Missed diagnosis in causal lesions related with SOM was seen among 51 cases in the group of patients,leading to an inappropriate therapeutic design taken for them.Conclusion It is very significant to take test and analysis on the correlative diseases of SOM at as early stage as possible to avoid missing diagnosis,to improve therapeutic effect and sequelae from occurrence.
