泄浊汤联合科素亚治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

目的:探讨泄浊汤联合科素亚治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择该院收治的86例慢性肾衰竭患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组进行基础西医治疗,观察组给予泄浊汤联合科素亚治疗。比较两组患者在肾功能及临床疗效方面的差异。结果:治疗后,两组Hb、Alb均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者BUN、SCr均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为88.4%,显著高于对照组67.4%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:泄浊汤联合科素亚治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果显著,能显著改善患者贫血和肾功能,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Clinical Effects of Xiezhuotang Combined with Losartan in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xiezhuotang combined with losartan in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods: 86 chronic renal failure patients in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each. Control group was treated with Western medicine treatment and observation group was given Xiezhuotang combined with losartan treatment. Differences of the clinical effect and renal function between two groups were compared. Results: After treatment,two groups' Hb and Alb were increased significantly,and those of observation group were higher than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,two groups' BUN and SCr were decreased,and those of observation group less than those in control group. The total effectiveness rate in observation group was 88. 4%,significantly higher than 67. 4% in control group and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Xiezhuotang combined with losartan in the treatment of chronic renal failure is significant. The combination treatment can significantly relieve anemia and improve patients' renal function and is worthy of clinical application.
