中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗成功后心功能不全28例

目的:观察自拟方益心复脉汤对急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗成功后心功能不全的改善作用。方法:选取2009年11月—2013年3月在该院收治的心肌梗塞经溶栓成功后出现心功能不全或原有心功能不全加重的患者59例,根据利用随机数字生成软件随机分为两组,治疗组28例,对照组31例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用中药益心复脉汤口服。观察两组患者在治疗30 d后证候改变情况,以及心房利钠肽(NT-proBNP),左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室舒张末溶剂(LVEDV)的变化情况。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、溶栓治疗时间、梗死部位范围、心衰程度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。经过30 d治疗后,治疗组患者中医证候改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF经过30d治疗后治疗组明显优于对照组,LVEDV经过30 d治疗后治疗组明显小于对照组。

Clinical Observation of Integrative Treatment of 28 Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction after Successful Thrombolysis Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the effect of Yixin Fumai Decoction on thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction after successful cardiac dysfunction improvement. Methods: From November 2009 to March 2013 in our hospital,59 patients with myocardial infarction after successful thrombolysis or cardiac dysfunction aggravate existing cardiac dysfunction,according to the use of random number generation software were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 28 patients and control group 31 cases. The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group added Yixin Fumai Decoction. After 30 days,the syndromes change as well as atrial natriuretic peptide( NT- proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) and left ventricular end- diastolic solvent( LVEDV) changes were observed. Results: There were no significant differences in gender,age,thrombolytic treatment time and infarct location range( P > 0. 05). After 30 days treatment,the improvement in treatment group was superior to that of the control group( P < 0. 05). LVEF after 30 days in the treatment group was better than that of the control group and LVEDV after 30 days treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.
