| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎是指胃黏膜已发生了萎缩性改变的慢性胃炎。若进一步发展,可形成非典型增生,易发展成胃癌。导师姜树民教授对慢性萎缩性胃炎做了详尽、系统的研究,认为慢性萎缩性胃炎伴非典型增生多为血瘀证。结合其病因病机的发展,在中医辨证论治的基础上,遣方用药,临证加减,疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) is a kind of chronic gastritis which gastric mucosa has been atrophic changes. It will be atypical hyperplasia as the disease progresses. Atypical hyperplasia is easy to develop the gastric cancer. Through the detailed and system research,professor JIANG Shumin thought chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia is mostly blood stasis symptom. He has achieved a significant effect by studying the development of etiology and pathogenesis as well as the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. |
