中医补肾法联合针灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症52例

目的:探讨补肾法联合针灸对老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的作用。方法:将符合标准的94例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(42例)。对照组采用针灸治疗(针刺夹脊、秩边、曲池、委中和承山,艾灸腰椎间盘突出部位),治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾中药(左归丸或右归丸)治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为48.08%、28.57%,总有效率分别为94.23%、80.95%。组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间各有3例患者针刺部位出现局部血肿,余未见明显不良反应。结论:针灸联合补肾中药可明显改善LDH患者的症状和体征,改善VAS、OSW和JOA评分,临床疗效安全可靠,优于单纯针灸治疗。

Clinical Observation of Combination of Tonifying Kidney and Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Elderly Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation: A Report of 52 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combination of tonifying kidney and acupuncture and moxibustion on elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: A total of 94 patients met the standard were divided into two groups. 52 cases treated with acupuncture and moxibustion( acupuncture Jiaji,Zhibian,Quchi,Weizhong and Chengshan acupoints and moxibustion at the position of lumbar disc herniation) were taken as the control group,and the other 42 cases treated with TCM of tonifying kidney( Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill) on the basis of the control group were as the observation group. Results: The cure rates of observation group and control group respectively were 48. 08% and 28. 57% respectively and the total effective rates were 94. 23% and 80. 95% respectively and the differences had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). During the treatment,3 patients of per groups had local hematoma in acupuncture parts and the others had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Combination of tonifying kidney and acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the sings and symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the scores of VAS,OSW and JOA life quality. The clinical efficacy is safe and reliable and is superior to pure western medicine.
