中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺增生症88例护理干预

目的:探讨慢性前列腺增生症患者进行中西医结合治疗及干预性护理的临床效果。方法:选择该院2012年1月—2012年12月慢性前列腺增生症患者176例,按治疗及护理方式的不同分为两组,各88例,治疗组采用等离子双极前列腺电切术、中药针灸治疗及综合干预性护理,对照组应用传统手术及常规护理方法。比较两组的临床效果和术后各参数变化。结果:治疗组的临床有效率显著高于对照组(92.1%vs 79.5%,P<0.05);与术前比较,两组术后最大尿流率(MFR)、生活质量评分(QOL)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)均上升,膀胱残余尿量(RU)均有下降,但治疗组的评分指标更显著(P<0.05);治疗组的术后并发情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性前列现在增生症进行等离子双极前列腺电切术损伤小、临床效果确切、并发症少,围术期进行综合性干预护理,促进患者身心迅速康复,值得临床推广。

Nursing Intervention of 88 Cases of Chronic Prostatic Hyperplasia with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and nursing intervention for patients with chronic prostate hyperplasia. Methods: 176 cases of chronic prostatic hyperplasia patients were selected from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital. According to different treatments and nursing methods,they were classified into two groups,88 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with plasma bipolar transurethral resection of prostate,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention. The control group used the traditional operation and routine nursing. Clinical effect and the variation of each parameter were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group( 92. 1% vs. 79. 5%,P < 0. 05); compared with those before treatment,the maximal urinary flow rate( MFR),quality of life score( QOL),International Prostate Symptom Score( IPSS) of two groups were increased,bladder residual urine volume( RU) decreased,but the score of treatment group was more significant( P < 0. 05). Concurrent after operation of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Chronic prostate hyperplasia is treated with plasma bipolar transurethral resection which has small injury,good clinical effect and less complications. The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can promote their physical and mental rehabilitation quickly,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
