摘    要:目的:对不同产地的锦灯笼药材的宿萼及果实的多糖和还原糖进行检测。方法:对采自不同产地的锦灯笼药材,采用分光光度法,经蒽酮-硫酸和3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)显色,于620 nm和540 nm处对锦灯笼药材宿萼及果实的多糖和还原糖含量进行测定,并对所得结果利用SPSS进行数据分析。结果:不同产地锦灯笼药材中的还原糖与多糖含量的系统聚类分析结果打破了其所在区域的划分,糖总量在200300 mg·g-1。结论:试验所用的检测方法,方便、快捷、结果准确,可以作为今后锦灯笼药材中糖类成分的检测手段,为今后锦灯笼药材的药用价值开发,及果实的保健应用提供一定的理论基础,并为锦灯笼药材资源的品质评价提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To research the quality of polysaccharide and reducing sugar in the calyx and fruit of the Physalis calyx seu fructus from different areas. Methods: We detected polysaccharides and reducing sugar in the calyx and fruit of the Physalis ca-lyx seu fructus,color by the anthrone- sulfuric acid and DNS,and used spectrophotometry at 620 nm and 540 nm. SPSS was used for data analysis. Results: The results of the hierarchical cluster showed the contents of polysaccharides and reducing sugar in the calyx and fruit of the Physalis calyx seu fructus broken the region where they were collected,and the total of the polysaccharide and reducing sugar between 200- 300 mg·g- 1. Conclusion: The detection methods in the experiment was convenient,quickly and accurate. The detection methods can be used to detect the polysaccharide and reducing sugar in the Physalis calyx seu fructus. It provides a theoretical basis for the medicinal value of the Physalis calyx seu fructus,and a health applications for the fruit,providing a quality evaluation for the medicinal resources of the Physalis calyx seu fructus.
