独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病及对膝关节液IL-1的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病的临床疗效,并分析其对膝关节液IL-1的影响。方法:选择该院收治的120例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,其中,观察组60例患者采用独活寄生汤进行治疗,而对照组60例患者采用常规西医治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及对IL-1的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的IL-1明显降低,且较对照组患者出现了明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病能够有效缓解患者的临床不适症状,降低患者膝关节液内的IL-1水平,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction for treatment of knee degenerative joint disease,and to analyze its effects on IL- 1 of knee joint fluid. Methods: 120 patients with knee degenerative joint disease were divided into two groups,including the observation group of 60 cases with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and the control group of 60 patients with conventional western medicine. Results: After treatment,the observation group's overall effective rate was 93. 33%,significantly higher than that of control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The IL- 1 level in the observation group was significantly lower and there was a significant improvement compared with that of control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng Decoction for treatment of knee degenerative joint disease can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce the patient's knee joint fluid levels of IL- 1.
