品管圈活动干预高压氧治疗中耳气压伤效果观察

目的观察品管圈活动干预高压氧治疗中耳气压伤的效果。方法利用品管圈活动对我院2012年7—12月行高压氧治疗发生中耳气压伤的168例进行分析,找出原因,针对这些原因对我院2013年4—6月高压氧治疗的650例次进行干预,统计分析此期中耳气压伤的发生情况。结果高压氧治疗中耳气压伤发生率由干预前18.7%下降为干预后6.5%,病情不够了解、宣教人员责任心不强、宣教内容不规范、调压方法知识掌握不全面4项主要因素的发生率从干预前70.2%下降为干预后33.3%,目标达标率为96.8%。结论高压氧科通过开展品管圈活动,可以提升医疗服务质量,降低中耳气压伤发生率,使患者得到有效高压氧治疗。

Effect Observation of Quality Control Circle Activities in Intervention of Middle Ear Barotraumas in Hyperbaric Ox-ygen Therapy

Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle（QCC）activities in intervention of middle ear barotraumas in hyperbaric oxygen（ HBO）therapy. Methods A total of 168 cases with middle ear barotraumas in HBO ther-apy from July to December 2012 were analyzed with QCC activities to find the reasons,and 650 times of interventions from A-pril to June 2013 were performed to find out the cause,and then the incidence rate of middle ear barotraumas in the 650 times were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence rate of middle ear barotraumas decreased from 18. 7% before intervention to 6. 5% after intervention in HBO therapy. Four major factors were as followed that the patients′conditions were not been well understood by the medical staff,the medical staff had not strong sense of responsibility on instruction of HBO therapy,the content of therapy instruction was not standard and the regulating method of pressure was not been understood by patients. The incidence rate of above four major factors was downregulated from 70. 2% before intervention to 33. 3% after intervention. The successs rate of ultimate goal was 96. 8%. Conclusion Quality of service may be improved,the incidence of middle ear barotraumas may be reduced and the effective therapy may be achieved in department of hyperbaric oxygen after the QCC activ-ities.
