加味导痰汤治疗肝郁痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床观察

目的:探讨加味导痰汤治疗肝郁痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将符合入组条件的60例肝郁痰湿型PCOS患者,按照非随机对照观察法分为中药治疗组(32例)和西药对照组(28例),中药治疗组以加味导痰汤治疗,对照组以二甲双胍合达英-35治疗,均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。分别比较治疗前后两组PCOS患者的临床症状及生化指标。结果:(1)治疗后患者月经情况明显改善,总有效率为71.9%。(2)治疗组患者BMI值,血清LH/FSH值、T激素水平及痤疮、多毛评分明显下降(P<0.05),其疗效与对照组相当。(3)中药治疗后患者B超显示PCO及ISI水平方面明显改善作用(P<0.01),疗效优于对照组。(4)两组患者临床总有效率无明显组间差异。结论:(1)加味导痰汤对PCOS患者确有疗效,其总体疗效与二甲双胍合达英-35相当。(2)在改善患者B超显示PCO及ISI水平方面,中药组疗效优于对照组。

Clinical Research on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome's Treatment with Modified Daotan Decoction

Objective: We observed and evaluated the clinical effects of the patients who were treated with Daotan Decoction. Methods: Non- randomized controlled trial was used. Patients were divided into two groups,32 in the trial group treated by modified Daotan Decoction and 28 in the control group treated with the metformin and Daine- 35. Changes in clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes before and after treatment were recorded. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results:( 1) The menstruation situation had been improved significantly in the trail group. The total effective rate was 71. 9%.( 2) In the curative effect fact,body mass index( BMI),acne,hirsutism,ratio of LH / FSH,testosterone level in trail group were significantly improved( P < 0. 05) and were equivalent with western medicine.( 3) Besides,insulin sensitivity index( ISI) and PCO were improved significantly in trial group( P < 0. 01),while no significant statistical differences were found in control group( P > 0. 05).( 4) There were no significant statistical differences in both groups about clinical total effective rate. Conclusion:( 1) Treatment of modified Daotan Decoction has significant effects of PCOS which are equivalent with western medicine.( 2) Insulin sensitivity index( ISI) and PCO were improved significantly in trial group( P < 0. 01) than that of the control group.
