调肝健脾补肾方联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水临床观察

目的:探讨调肝健脾补肾方联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:选择该院收治的120例肝硬化腹水患者作为研究对象,其中,观察组60例患者采用调肝健脾补肾方联合西医治疗,而对照组60例患者采用常规西医治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),而且观察组患者的肝功能、PTA指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症的发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:调肝健脾补肾方联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水症具有十分显著的疗效,其安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Regulating and Supplementing Liver-Spleen and Kidney Formula Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Cirrhosis

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of regulating and supplementing liver- spleen and kidney formula combined with western medicine for treatment of cirrhosis. Methods: 120 patients with liver cirrhosis were as the research objects. The observation group's 60 patients were treated with regulating and supplementing liver- spleen and kidney formula combined with Western medicine treatment,while the control group's 60 patients were treated with conventional western medicine. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 96. 67%,significantly higher than that of control group with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). And liver function and PTA indicators in the observation group had significant improvement compared with those of the control group and there were significant differences between the groups( P < 0. 05). The patients' complication rate was 6. 67%,significantly lower than that of the control group and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: Regulating and supplementing liver-spleen and kidney formula combined with western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis has a very significant effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
