| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R的影响。方法:以腹主动脉不完全缩窄法建立压力负荷性心室重构大鼠模型。以参蛤散(1.89 g·kg-1)灌胃该模型5周,对照组以卡托普利(0.06 g·kg-1)灌胃5周,观察参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R的影响。结果:参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R及心脏指数具有明显的降低作用。结论:参蛤散能降低压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心肌组织AT1R含量,这可能是参蛤散改善压力负荷性心室重构大鼠心室重构、降低心脏指数的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of Shenge Powder on the concentration of AT1R in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure- overload in rats. Methods: Pressure overloaded ventricular remodeling was induced by banding abdominal artery to the outer diameter of 0. 7 mm. The control group was conducted without banding. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: control( sham) group,model group,captopril( 0. 06 g / kg) group,Shenge Powder( 1. 89 g / kg) group. Three days after the surgery,all groups were orally administered once a day for five weeks. And then,the effect of Shenge Powder on the concentration of AT1R was examined. Results: Shenge Powder could significantly reduce the concentration of AT1R. Conclusion: Shenge Powder prevents ventricular remodeling in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure- overload in rats. The mechanisms may be related to reducing the concentration of AT1R. |
